REGISTRATION
Welcome back to Surrey Minor Hockey!
Returning player registration is completed through TeamSnap. Before you begin, make sure you have your player's Hockey Canada ID, then click below to start your registration or retrieve your ID through Spordle.
We're excited to have your family returning for another season.
Returning Registration Process
Returning registration only takes a few minutes. Follow these simple steps to complete your registration for the upcoming season.

Before You Begin
Before starting your registration, take a moment to make sure you have everything you'll need. Having these items ready will help you complete registration quickly and avoid delays.
Every returning player requires a Hockey Canada ID to complete registration. If you don't know your player's ID, don't worry—we'll help you find it.
Hockey Canada ID
Registration fees vary by age division and registration period. Review your player’s current fees before beginning registration.
Registration Fees
Some registrations require proof of your current residential address. Have your documents ready before beginning registration.
Proof of Address
Please have one or more of the following documents available if requested during registration:
- ✓ Utility bill (hydro, gas or water) (preferred)
- ✓ Cable, satellite or internet bill
- ✓ Property or contents insurance
- ✓ Property tax bill or assessment
- ✓ Driver's licence or vehicle insurance
- ✓ Bank or credit card statement
- ✓ GST Statement, Income Tax Assessment or Child Tax Credit Notice
- ✓ School registration confirming address
If you are unable to upload proof of address during registration, you may email your documents directly to the Registrar.
Important Registration Notes
Registration fees cover Surrey Minor Hockey registration only.
Individual teams may establish additional budgets for tournaments, exhibition games, apparel, extra ice, and team activities.
