2026–2027 Tournament Schedule
Surrey Minor Hockey Association is pleased to present its 2026–2027 tournament schedule. Explore the available tournaments below and complete the online Tournament Pre-Registration Form to request entry for your team.
U11 Rep Thanksgiving Tournament
A minimum four-game Thanksgiving weekend tournament for eligible U11 Rep teams competing in Tiers 2, 3 and 4.
U7–U9 Winter Break Tournament
A four-game winter tournament offering Major and Minor competition for eligible U7 and U9 teams.
U13–U15 Memorial Tournament
A minimum four-game tournament for eligible Recreational (C) teams in the U13 and U15 divisions.

Submitting the Tournament Pre-Registration Form does not guarantee acceptance. Accepted teams will receive confirmation along with payment instructions and additional tournament information.
One Application Form
The same Tournament Pre-Registration Form is used for all 2026–2027 Surrey Minor Hockey Association tournaments. Simply select the tournament you wish to enter when completing the form.
