Already registered with another minor hockey association? We're here to help make your transition to Surrey Minor Hockey as smooth as possible.
Transferring to Surrey Minor Hockey
Transferring from another minor hockey association is a straightforward process.
Before your player can register with Surrey Minor Hockey, your transfer must be approved in accordance with PCAHA regulations.
Once approved, you'll be invited to complete your online registration.

All player transfers are subject to a fee determined by PCAHA to be collected at the time of registration.
Required Forms & Documents
Download and complete the required PCAHA forms and gather the supporting documentation needed to process your player transfer. Having everything ready before you begin will help ensure your transfer is completed as efficiently as possible.
Submit Your Transfer Request
Once you've completed the required PCAHA forms and gathered your supporting documentation, email everything to the Surrey Minor Hockey Registrar for review.
Our Registrar will confirm that your submission is complete and guide you through the remainder of the transfer process. Once your transfer has been approved by PCAHA, you'll receive instructions to complete your Surrey Minor Hockey registration through TeamSnap.
